Preop analysis showed broad nasal bones, broad and ill defined nasal tip and a request to try to narrow the nose with a slight ski slope if possible. The patient also considered a dorsal hump reduction however the dorsal hump was minimal and therefore not felt to be a priority therefore it was not corrected. The surgery was undertaken through an open approach and immediate on table result was excellent. Postop photos at 2 weeks showed significant swelling, however this reduced quickly. Postoperative photos at 2months and 9months show the reduction in swelling and also overall improved cosmetic appearance.
