Rhinoplasty Case 7

The main issue was a prominent dorsal convexity and a large nose overall. There was also a deviated nasal septum and columellar causing some nostril asymmetry. These were corrected in surgery with a very pleasing on table result. Post healing was also excellent. Between 6 and 12 months she felt that the left nasal bone was a little more prominent than the right so we undertook limited revision / refinement surgery almost 2 years after the original surgery. Second intraop photo shows the area of focus. Post revision healing has been excellent.
