Showing a dorsal nasal convexity. The patient also wanted refinement of the nasal tip although in my opinion the tip was already well rotated so only refinement required. This case was particular interesting as the patient has a condition (Ehlers-Danlos syndrome) which affects the nature of the soft tissue structure beneath the skin. This can adversely affect healing so I was keen to keep the surgery as minimally invasive as possible.
Showing immediate on table result before the protective cast was put on.
Taken 2 weeks after the surgery showing a very nice improvement overall.
Taken 7 months after the surgery, showing a continued good balanced result with excellent healing.
