These pictures show the presence of prominent ears (right and left) which are visible on frontal view. The patient was not happy with the position and was suitable for a traditional pinnaplasty/otoplasty.
Postop photos:
These pictures show the position of the ears three weeks after traditional pinnaplasty surgery. This demonstrates significant reduction in the prominence of ears, with both ears being almost invisible from the front view.
